Baxter Communications interview questions

Three interview with three different people. Pretty relaxed atmosphere. Very friendly people. Not sure if it was fake or not because the "mission" seemed a little cheesy. I believe they think they are being helpful by saving lives, but at the end of the day they are still operating on profit. It seemed a little cultish at times, but also really pushed "its a family company" and emphasized the work life balance.
