Applied through college portal. Received a reply from the then manager five minutes after applying, asking for a phone interview in two days (Fri). Phone interview was around half an hour in duration. Interviewer was the hiring manager and would be my to be boss if hired. Extremely professional and courteous. Was asked questions about my campus work experience (academic), programming experience and interests. Was told it would be forwarded to HR. Received confirmation for internship on following Monday.
