I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Baxter (Round Lake, IL) in Aug 2012
Interview
2 rounds of interviews consisting of 3 people for 30 minutes per round. Interviewers were very relaxed and just want to get to know you. No technical questions were asked. It was just an interview to gauge your personality.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Baxter (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2019
Interview
It was actually a technician role and they advertised it differently. I was not happy about the entire process. The job title was misleading. The interview was relatively easy and relaxed.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Baxter in Aug 2018
Interview
I had a phone screening which later lead to an in person interview with three members of the research team. It was very laid back. I met for about 10 minutes with each person and each person had a different interview style. They basically wanted to get to know me as a person better and how I work with other people.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked about my background and stuff on my resume. They also asked how I work with other people.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Baxter (Deerfield, IL) in June 2014
Interview
Quick and simple. First phone interview with manager, then full day panel interview. Usually about 3-5 people throughout the day. The questions were straightforward, nothing too complicated - there were no tests or quizzes. The interview was behavioral overall, there were only a few technical questions specific to the job and/or past experiences.
