Experiencing ghosting in interviews has become an increasingly common and frustrating occurrence for many job seekers. Ghosting - the sudden and unexplained silence from employers after investing time and effort into the interview process was frustrating, unprofessional and misaligned it’s values as a company. Was disheartening and significantly impacted the job search and my overall well-being. Unfortunately this reflects poorly on the company’s recruitment practices.
