The interview was pretty straightforward seeing how I went through a staffing firm an they had already pre selected based on skills that they were looking for. I had a masters in a science area at the time which no doubt move me to the top of the pile. The interview straightforward and I did a considerable amount of research into questions to ask the interviewers which really seemed to impress them, I would recommend you do the same.
