in-person, mostly behavioural questions, about how to handle workload, what to do if a customer approaches you, etc. will also ask you about fitness level, availability to work early or late.

It was 1 on 1 on the sales floor with the supervisor. His questions were very basic (why do you want to work here? What did you like about your experience in other stores?) Just think first and choose your words carefully. Once I got hired, I met some awesome people, some douche bags were there too but you can just avoid them. :)

They asked scenario questions "what would you do in such such situation" and based on your answer they will aske another question based on that response. The process was a phone interview followed by a 1:1 then a group interview with 3 Best Buy employees (two managers and one supervisor)...
