      Interview

They have a really good interview process. Applied online via linked in. Got a call from a recruiter in about a week. Then, a general interview with the HR team on the phone followed by 6 hour on-site interview. They really take time to find the best candidates.

      Staff Engineer Interview

      7 Sept 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Newark, DE
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 9 months. I interviewed at Bloom Energy (Newark, DE) in Mar 2014

      Interview

Very long interview process. It's a good thing because they look for the best talent and fit for the company. Took a year to finally get in the door because there was a time where the company was building a new plant and it was busy. Since the company has 2 locations (California and Delaware) there were some video interviews. There was a plant tour which was nice. It helped show the type of work environment you may be in.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

      1. What types of team projects you worked on and examples. 2. An example where most people did not agree with your decision or ideas and how you dealt with it. 3. What is your background on change control systems.
