Blue Whale Spa interview questions

Contacted by HR. HR made sure that the process was clearly outlined and the timescale of commencement to decision known. Contact made through job platform. Offered a telephone interview (screening interview on first discussion or at a time convenient to me). At telephone interview was informed of what was next stage and timescale for this to take place. Teams meeting was arranged and took place 5 days after screen interview (due to my annual leave). Was invited to 2nd interview which took place 5 days later with direct manager and HR. 2 days later a 'Meet the Team' face to face informal interview was arranged by HR. 3 days later was contacted by HR to ask for feedback from self and to undertake feedback from the 'Meet the Team' interview. First time I had undertaken a 'Meet the Team' interview and was a real positive. HR kept in contact and gave constructive feedback and areas that were considered suggestions for me to work on. A very positive interview process.
