      Interview

Applied via university career website, received a call from Boeing to schedule an on-campus interview. The interview was with three Boeing employees. They asked five questions. You're expected to answer their question using the STAR structure - situation, solution, and results. They take notes as you answer your questions, their notes are actually arranged in three columns for the STAR structure. All five questions are behavioral, so the best way to deal with them is to prepare several stories in advance and match your stories with a given situation. You get a call the next day whether you move on or not.
