I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing in Sept 2012
Interview
Submitted resume during university's career fair. Had on-campus 1:1 interview the day after submitting. Next step was an on-campus group interview (with 4 other candidates) where we had to come up with a way to address a problem presented in a case study. We had to work together and I think this was to see how candidates work with others in a team environment. Heard back a week or two later with offer. Pretty straightforward and was easy. Mostly behavioral questions.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to step up to resolve a problem.
Short, behavioral interview. Plenty of time for questions, take advantage of this, show them you are a good person and be interested. Interview was not with a hiring manager but actual employees.
The interview was done on HireVue, which is an AI based system that evaluates your interview by analyzing speech, words, features, movements, eye contact etc. They ask you 5 questions and also include some games at the end.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Boeing (Nashville, TN) in Apr 2014
Interview
Initial communication was made through a career fair where I was invited to a pre-screening event. The pre-screening event resulted in an interview but ultimately during the interview I was told that I could not be hired due to my need for sponsorship.
