Panel interview with 6 questions, the first a general experience question and the rest psuedo-technical questions to be answered using the STAR method. Each panelist asked a question and the other panelists are given a chance to ask follow up questions after the initial answer.

They asked me to describe the most technical thing i had ever done.
Interview will have an technical round following a structure round, Interview questions will be based on wiring harness design and based on your previous experience.
Round are moderate to easy and many questions will be based on tool as well.

What are the factors to consider while deciding wire AWG?
Boeing conducts well organised interview both technical and behavioural. Technical is more likely into job description and followed by structural round taken by manager. One has to crack both and each ll have feedback.

More questions ll be on previous project and program worked on and especially inline with JD.
Mostly behavioral questions and technical questions stemmed off of resume experience; maybe the panel might ask about particular topics about the team you’re interviewing for and try to see if you’re a good fit for the team or not.
