I applied to the position online through the Boeing site. I was contacted a few days later, and asked to fill out additional online paper work. Roughly a week later, I was contacted by HR asking to set up an interview and provide an unofficial transcript. The interview was over the phone a few weeks later, two managers at the St. Louis department. The interview was similar to all Boeing interviews. They ask you 5 to 7 Structured interview questions, expecting answers that provide the situation, task, action and results (STAR). Typically, I find Boeing interviews to be somewhat cold and rigid, as their interview process is extremely structured and not very personal. However, the two people I spoke with were much more pleasant and seemed to be more relaxed and at easy with the process. They asked me several questions related to my school work and group project experiences.
