Got call from hiring manager. Setup a phone interview. All behavioral questions related to process analysis and improvement. Read job description, pull out main requirements and think of questions that come out of them. Create atleast 15 stories from past experiences.

The interview lasts for about 45 minutes and is a structured interview where they ask you specific behavioral/experience based questions and then request that you structure your response in a specific way. It feels a little impersonal because they don't ask you about your resume hardly at all, or anything about your experience or interests outside of the 4-5 structured questions. Make sure you have some specific examples of projects you have worked on, what actions you took in the project, and what the results were.
