Here is my timeline but I know every position is different depending on the pool.
3 months after closing date - received "congratulations fill out an application" e-mail.
3 weeks after application was submitted I received an e-mail to schedule an interview and now I have a direct contact and phone # in the company.

I showed up, they didn't have cameras on, they talked about what they did, said they had to run, I asked if they had any questions, they asked what I like to do for fun...

This was a School Career Fair Interview
- Structured (Same 4 questions for everyone on the same day)
-Four - Five different workers from different departments including HR team member
* A little intimidating with all the typing but overall great listeners and great team to work with

3. Receive offer within 2 weeks
Super moderate process. HR is in India and it could be sloppy a bit.
