It was a panel interview with all of the people on the team that I would be working with as well as my manager. They were friendly and asked about my background and behavioral questions such as what is my best/worst trait, what was a difficult situation and how did i deal with it, things like that. It took some time to hear back on whether I would be given an offer or not. I believe it was something like a month before I heard back.
Behavioral based questions, usually five. One is always a "tell me about yourself" question. The panel is busy writing notes and there isn't much eye contact. Nothing off script either.
I applied online. I interviewed at Boeing (Everett, WA)

Tell us about a time when you solved a technical issue
A 5 questions virtual interview and then 3 psychometric games with Hire-Vue. The questions were quite difficult but there was about 1 minute to plan out your answer and practice. The games were pattern recognition and emotionally based. They outlined how to play each game before hand.
