I had an interview panel consisting of four people from the team that was looking to hire, with two main interviewers. The interview involved scenario based questions that were slightly more nuanced than I had expected but themes were pretty consistent with the usual communication skills, work prioritisation, diversity, conflict management etc. Hiring manager was very supportive and friendly.

Went to an engineering conference which had a career fair. Went over to Boeing's info session, spoken to HR representative for the open position and was asked to do an interview the next day. Before the interview, I was required to apply for the position online. I interviewed with one of the mangers, which lasted for 45 mins and after the interview was finished, they offered me the position on the spot.
