Interviewed with an HR Manager on campus and then had two phone screens in the following week. The tone was conversational, yet professional. Everyone I spoke with was kind, curious about my experience, and interesting.
One of the best interview experiences where you feel welcomed and included right from the start. Everyone shows genuine interest and authentically connects with you to understand you and your experience.
Unfriendly atmosphere. Did not really seem to give much time to each candidate. They did not really allow you to finish your answer. Generally seemed a little uninterested. Competency based interviews.
