I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Boston Scientific (Boston, MA) in July 2017
Interview
The process started with a recruiter. Scheduled a phone screen with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was sociable and got into the interview questions quickly. General skills topics. Trying to assess strengths and weaknesses and how I would my experience fit in on the team. I knew by the end of the call whether that I would not be moving on to the next round of the interview process. which was due to not enough hands on sterilization experience and 510k submittals. This was nice to know so that I didn't just get ghosted.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boston Scientific in Mar 2023
Interview
Very disorganized scheduling. Double interviews. Interviews set weeks apart for a single round. Never followed up despite multiple requests for communication. Sent several surveys to rate their performance despite lack of communication for follow up. Also interviewed with people who admitted they didn’t know why they were interviewing me as they wouldn’t be working with me.
