They have High expectations even from intern. They are very selective and it is really difficult to impress them. Untill you dont match their perfect requirements. C++ is a must for them.

Se me preguntó cosas técnicas, cosas personales, mi manera de trabajar mi manera de trabajar bajo presión, mi manera de dividir mi tiempo, preguntaron sobre trabajos pasados sobre trabajos del colegio, sobre experiencias personales, etc. etc. etc.
il processo di recruiting si svolge in varie fasi anche se ravvicinate tra di loro; sicuramente si fanno un colloquio conoscitivo e, in caso di feedback conoscitivo, anche uno tecnico.
