I applied online. I interviewed at Boston Scientific (Galway)
Interview
Applied to ICE recruitment online in Galway. They called me after a few days and asked the basic questions on the phone. Had to go to the recruitment offices the next day for computer and dexterity tests. Passed everything. Got an interview the day after that in Boston Scientific. Once I got home ICE recruitment called me and gave me an appointment for a medical the week after. Passed the medical, was cleared for work. A week passed with no news from ICE whatsoever until I received an E-Mail that they weren’t going to process my application further. I called them to ask for a reason so I’d knlw what to do different next time I go through a similar process. Man on the phone said he cannot give out that information, company policy. I never found out why exactly I wasn’t chosen for the position.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why Boston Scientific, boring work and how I would handle that etc.
Easy behavioural competency questions. Asked about previous job experience and how I worked with other coworkers. Give scenarios of when I worked well with others and how I’d deal with conflict in the work place.
Interview process was very smooth. Dealt with a line facilitator so was able to understand a lot about what my role would be in the company. Received an answer very quickly afterwards.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Boston Scientific (Galway) in Sept 2024
Interview
My interview experience with Boston Scientific/ICE Group was somewhat mixed. While I appreciated the opportunity to interview with a reputable company, I found the overall process to be a bit lengthy and somewhat disorganized.
I experienced multiple changes to the interview date and time—about three times in total.
