I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Boston Scientific (Spencer, IN) in Oct 2013
Interview
Got it this opportunity through a career fair. I was interviewed on the spot, and a couple of days later I was called for an onsite interview.
There I spoke with 4 different people and it was a 4hour interview. I was then taken around to tour the facility. The questions were mainly behavioral and also talk a lot about my past experiences.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
It was mostly behavioral. Just general behavioral questions.
The interview process was compose of two part. The first ome was a HR interview, very nice and easy going interview. The second interview a little more technical but not difficult.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Boston Scientific (Arden Hills, MN) in Dec 2023
Interview
Process was very quick response after application.
Easily set up time frame, and was given time to speak, did not feel rushed at all.
Interview was through teams, and it was a panel not 1 on 1.
Interview was 3 individual 1-1 then a panel of 4 heads. Your typical STAR behavior based questions. Something slight. They were stretching a bit with some of the follow up questions but it was ok. Not too bad
