I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Boston Scientific
Interview
I had interviewed for a couple positions. For the one I actually got an offer on, I was contacted by a recruiter who had worked with me in the past. She sent me a direct email and called. Since I had already done a phone screening from the earlier interviews, she scheduled me for a meeting with the hiring manager right away. This was about 45 minutes. Then I went to the next round and interviewed with both of my potential teammates at 30 minutes each. One asked technical questions and the other explained more about the day to day. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Everything was done virtually even though I was local due to the pandemic.
