Simple interview, where they look for your motor skills and your knowledge of the company. They ask about your experience in the industry, and if you have no experience, they evaluate how you perform in the practice tests in order to accept you.

Do you consider yourself a person who can lead a group of people?
Easy behavioural competency questions. Asked about previous job experience and how I worked with other coworkers. Give scenarios of when I worked well with others and how I’d deal with conflict in the work place.
Interview process was very smooth. Dealt with a line facilitator so was able to understand a lot about what my role would be in the company. Received an answer very quickly afterwards.

Interview
My interview experience with Boston Scientific/ICE Group was somewhat mixed. While I appreciated the opportunity to interview with a reputable company, I found the overall process to be a bit lengthy and somewhat disorganized.
I experienced multiple changes to the interview date and time—about three times in total.
