First interview with HR followed by the hiring manager then I interviewed with 6 different people who worked directly with the position. I spent 2+ months and 6 hours interviewing. I was made to feel like I was a strong candidate during the whole process. I followed up with HR following my interviews and was told they would have an update for me the following day or the next. I never heard back. All I got back was an automatic email from HR asking me to complete a survey on how the interview process went. When you get that far in the interview process, that passive aggressive avoidance of the candidates is highly disrespectful. I expect better from such a structured corporation. Looking back, I’m glad they didn’t hire me because I don’t agree with their business practices. I’ve been a hiring manager and I’ve always followed up with the final candidates to let them know if they were chosen or not.
