The interview process was not technical. There was a panel of several individuals from the company present during the entire process. There was just one interview as far as I remember.

A problem around creating strong passwords. They observed the way in which we worked as a team, and I believe they were not assessing technical skills during this interview.

It was very nice. I had phone call with HR than I was invited for a interview in person and Assessment Center. During the interview everything was clear and smooth.

Entrevista estandar en Español e inglés. Con preguntas de conta general. Para el area de Cuentas por pagar (AP), 30 minutos, no hay entrevista con RH aparte de las llamadas y hay prueba de orina.
It was a relatively straightforward interview process. The interviewer first asked some questions regarding supply chain concepts, after which they proceeded to explain what the team does and ended by outlining some job expectations.
