Two former colleagues who work at Boston Scientific referred me. I applied online, where I answered a series of questions. HR contacted me very quickly and set up an HR screening call. I was moved forward in the process and spoke with the hiring manager. I had a great discussion with her. HR reached out and said the feedback was positive and was asked to interview two additional people on the team. That next interview wasn't a positive experience. They both showed up late and were not on the same page at all. It was awkward, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and followed up with the HR person afterward. This is where they completely ghosted me. I reached out twice to HR over the next week to find out if they moved forward with another candidate so I could close the chapter on this one. I was thinking that since I was a referral who spent several hours with the team in interviews I would at least get some sort of response, but they ghosted me.
