Brite Health Care interview questions

BEWARE!!! I would not recommend anyone with morals nor of color working here. especially based on prior poor reviews. I definitely should’ve done more research there before applying and wasting my time, just to be disrespected after driving here during a thunderstorm. My first bad sign was the tone of the manager voice over the phone when he realized I was not someone of clear complexion but a women of color the tone of his voice immediately changed and you could tell he was a little uncomfortable but decided to proceed with my phone interview. Because the phone interview ended on a good note with the manager I decided to come in anyway because I know my experience could’ve excelled here and unlike the staff that works here I am very professional. However, instead at my in person interview it quickly became a nightmare. The owner Jeff is not very welcoming and very rude and aggressive. The way he conducted his self during our interview was highly unprofessional and discriminatory. He tore up my application and came in at the end of the meeting over 40 minutes late and did not take time to even get to know me or my background unlike Mr.Kevin did, as soon as I mentioned my military related health issues the interview became rushed and demeaning. Steer clear from this place no wonder they need help because the qualified applicants get overlooked and underpaid if they do not have “fair skin” it’s very disheartening to know especially being it is almost 2023, there is still disgusting people like this in The world. The positive reviews must be from their family members and friends that work here because nepotism is clearly a thing here as well based off what the manager explained with his own words.
