I applied online. The process took 12 months. I interviewed at British Airways (Heather, England) in Nov 2014
Interview
Applied online, completed online assessments, received confirmation of approval, received email to book telephone interview, passed that, received email to book day assessment, passed that, received email with conditional offer and then the nightmare began. Manpower has been coordinating the recruitment process and it took over a year for them to understand what paperwork they needed to do their job. An absolute joke, unprofessional and painful to work with. But finally got clearance after hundreds of emails and phone calls.
