I applied in-person. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at British Airways (London, England) in June 2016
Interview
Short presentation of the company. Then we were divided into groups and we were given different tasks to do. There was a short and easy questionnaire to complete, role play, reach test, team discussion. After this they announced people who went to the 2-1 interview

Interview
Submit application on website, attach cv. Once accepted, complete the online assessment within 3 days of receiving the invite. (Maybe Psychometric style and situational judgment) British Airways do change the assessment types so bare in mind.
