I applied online. I interviewed at British Airways in July 2022
Interview
It was an online assessment centre. First 45 minutes consisted of people trying to attend the teams meeting, lots of problems with people falling out of call and one person in charge helping them out. Roleplay was unorganised, had to ask the staff member to scroll up and down for the information sheet which really put you off. Then at the interview stage the woman said their systems went down so we had to give very short answers otherwise we wouldn't be able to finish all the questions. The waiting room was full of people talking over eachother and then the main staff member having to ask people to turn their microphones off.

Interview
I applied on January for the cabin crew talent pool (Heathrow), received an email 4 months later to complete the online assessment, I'm now waiting for their response. The assessment was fairly easy, you just have to remember their company values.

Interview
Submit application on website, attach cv. Once accepted, complete the online assessment within 3 days of receiving the invite. (Maybe Psychometric style and situational judgment) British Airways do change the assessment types so bare in mind.

Question 1
Given random scenarios with a choice of most effective answer to select. The assessment has nothing to do with the job role or the actual airline.
