First you do a Numerical assessment and situational judgement assessment online. then a recorded video interview with a range of questions and then assessment centre and final interview before accepting the offer

Long delays between submitting my application, online tests and video interview. Had to travel across the country and book a hotel to stay in overnight to attend the AC, without any reimbursement, which is pretty rough for unemployed graduates.

Interview
In the assessment centre there was a Presentations, group exercise and interview. The presentation was preparing for a meeting. In each task there was lots of documentation and data to analyse and a very short timeframe in which to analyse this.
