Built In Account Executive interview questions

Interview process was overall smooth. The recruiting team was very prompt at making sure you had everything you need. Some of the interviews felt a little bit inauthentic, just waiting for you to say the right buzzwords or check the right boxes on their end. However, the company is growing fast so a lot of the interviewers likely are very busy.

The process was weird and had no real organization. They didn’t even follow up after the interview. Their team seems super disorganized. I would definitely Not recommend wasting your time. The pay was extremely low for an AE position as well.
