So biased no absolute criteria you'll go the first day they'll claim your articulation and all you go the next they'll tell you another thing but one thing is for sure when you go considering the recruiter male or female they are choosing as per looks and likes not the requirements

3-4 stage interview process depending on the campaign you are to be enrolled to. 1. Group interview on day one; introduction-nothing much. Tests confidence and eloquence. 2. Typing test-27-30 wpm, aptitude and English tests (c1/c2 depending on campaign needs) 3. Interviews in groups of 3 with one of the recruiters. More cv/role focussed. 4. Interview with the campaign operation's manager 5. There will also be a series of tests during training (upto 1 month)
