CGI Client Manager interview questions

I was contacted by company recruiter via email, upon review of my resume on an online site. During the process, recruiter left and no contact for nearly 2 weeks. Extremely detailed process that took 30+ days to complete before job offer. Online application (quite long), phone interview with 2 Directors & 1 VP face-face interview with peer in a different unit. Offer was contingent on passing a background check, meaning I had to accept the offer before background began. Applicants take a chance that background will clear after giving notice to current employer. "Onboarding" process is lengthy as well.
