3 rounds of lengthy interviews but similar set of questions from 3 different individuals. Lot of unnecessary paperwork too. I have got 1 round of telephonic interview followed by 2 rounds of in person interviews

The interviewers were polite and articulate. They were thorough in their understanding of concepts and dug deeper to comprehend if the candidate has some level of expertise in the mentioned area.
