      Workforce Manager Interview

      13 July 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Colorado Springs, CO
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CGI (Colorado Springs, CO) in Jan 2013

      Interview

All behavioral questions....nothing related to metric or KPI mitigation. The interviewer said that my resume spoke for itself and he felt we didn't need to go into position details. The interview was designed to see if I my work style would fit with a group of consultants. I was never asked about anything that pertained to my experience or what I would action plans I would bring to the project.
