- 4 Motivation et CV à faire - Managing Partner
J'ai entendu beaucoup de retour négatifs sur CGI business consulting, et ça se reflétait sur les entretiens. Initialement c'était un entretien sur profil puis changé en entretien sur mission, le processus à pris 4 mois tout pour dire que ça sera un entretien sur mission et ils ne sont jamais revenu après.
Terrible et long comme processus et pas respectueux. Beaucoup d'efforts de l'employé demandé pour rien.

It’s was 2 interviews that were conducted over a few days. First interview is a phone interview and the second was a video/ virtual one. Tea was the first person
First round was a behavioral interview after meeting the recruiter at a career fair at my school. Second round was at the headquarters in Fairfax. I would coordinate with the recruiter throughout the day, but the interviews were with current employees. All the interviews were behavioral, but they asked about technical experience as wel.
