Overall they ask you simple straight forward questions like where have you worked before and what you see yourself doing in the next year or so, I'm guessing they also know this job may not be your forever work

After submitting my application, I received a response within a few hours inviting me for a screening call. However, the call felt quite unprofessional and informal. Despite this, they quickly arranged an in-person interview for the following day, indicating a rather rushed and disorganised process.
