Pros
PTO is great. Office in great location. There are some great people working there, usually, lower managers and non-management. They endure, despite the upper management having no clear direction on how to operate in the US market.
Cons
Toxic work environment. People are brought in with little to no experience for the position. Favoritism is a huge part. Essentially, if you don't speak Mandarin, your opinion doesn’t count to upper management(Department Heads). Long hours, meetings with China at their convenience, so meetings start at 5pm, 6pm and 7pm. Sometimes, up to 50% of the meeting is in Mandarin.
