      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at CSL (King of Prussia, PA) in Feb 2025

      Interview

Management and leaders should know that there are HR and Senior level recruiters that have blocked great talent - exceptional talent - because of their inability to screen and deliver good candidates to hiring managers. There is one person in particular who I have talked to MULTIPLE times over 15 years and she power trips every single time. Invites for an interview almost as an opportunity to say no again and feel good about it. I have several friends and former colleagues that have floated my candidacy up but she blocks it - could be racism or other issues. I would not apply to this company ever again. Until they fix that problem, they will get mediocre candidates for a mediocre pharma. No wonder the application numbers are so low - the word is out - it is just not a great place to work. Extremely condescending HR to people that have over 20 years of experience - one sentence she likes to repeat over and over during interviews is "Keep it high level" if you don't answer her nebulous questions the way she wants.
