Interview
The entire interview process is poorly designed and does not treat potential candidates appropriately. Too many human resources 'behavioural' questions and not enough technical questions. Not enough people involved in the interview process either, entire teams should meet candidates in order to truly understand how they might fit with in the team dynamic.

Interview
I applied through a recruiter for multiple scientist positions at CSL Behring. I got an interview for one position as senior scientist. They were looking for a temporary employee on an lab automation project. I was interviewed by the local team lead and the global team lead in a late video call. I guess it was clear to all of us that this was not a good fit on both sides. Questions were mostly about my CV and experience.

Interview
I was contacted by HR to schedule an interview for the week after. 2 days before the interview day I was contacted again to confirm an 1h interview with the hiring manager that including a presentation of my previous work. After the interview, I got the idea I had good chances and I was going to be contacted by HR. I was ghosted after. I was not expecting this from a company that I admired.
