Interview
Two rounds that I went through were:
1. An Online Test - To test your grammar skills.
If you clear round one, you get a second test.
2. An Editing test - You're given a few passages out of which you're suppose to edit any two.
If the editing is up to their mark, they'll let you know what to do ahead.
Smooth and quick, the step were just as described as the initial stage, and this was refreshing as sometimes this processes can be rather confusing.
There were three interviews followed by an overall feedback.

Interview was pretty basic and this was a contractual position. There were not many technical questions. It was more like a conversation where they wanted to know what soft skills i learnt during my PhD.

All in all, a very smooth interview process. I had no issues and the interviewer was friendly and straightforward. Definitely one of the best interviews I've had.
