Applied through my university. They came to campus and did the interview, they go through a packet of predetermined questions and ask you to follow STAR (situation or task, action, result) format. Want you to give exact situations, not general ideas and will keep reminding you that if you get off topic. Questions are on the difficult side. Every answer I gave was also challenged so be ready to know why you gave each answer.

When was a time you dealt with unethical behavior? What was your response?
The hiring process was very straight forward. I was contacted within 2 weeks via email to setup a phone screen. They wanted to know basic information, and then I was informed that they were setting me up for an in-person interview at the plant.

Interview
Two interviews after a recommendation and received an offer. After speaking to the engineering manager, I spoke with multiple operation managers as well as the plant manager. They all were easy to talk to and understood why I wanted to work in this industry.
