Have you ever taken responsibility for someone elses actions?
User looking for in-country design engineer. Must be able to demonstrate clear communication skill by explaining drawings through pen and paper to non-technical people. User made use the whole interview to expose candidate to the daily life on the job to make sure if the candidate is a good fit or not.

telephnic interview,there consists of a pannel of 5 -6 people as it is telephonic don't exact number asked basics of SOM and fluid mechnics, question like what stresses you observe in the closed cylinder and open cylinder, what is your contribution of work in your final year project, why did you use these materials only for your projects etc
