The interview process was amazing. The interviewers were always trying to make me feel comfortable during every meeting.
The process was long, but nothing out of the ordinary. There was a first interview with an HR recruiter. After that, a short technical interview, where they sent me a home challenge. Once approved, there were two technical interviews to get hired.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Canary Technologies (Buenos Aires) in May 2026
Interview
The process itself was fine: recruiter was responsive, and the technical screening was well-structured and relevant to the role. No complaints there.
The issue: the role has specific platform requirements that were not mentioned in the job posting or by the recruiter during the early stages. If you're a specialist, you'll only find this out after investing time in the process, and it will be the reason it doesn't move forward.
Bottom line: ask explicitly in your first call what kind of profile they're actually looking for. Would have saved both sides a lot of time.
