I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Capgemini (Rabat) in June 2025
Interview
Technical Basics Over Deep Dives: For tech roles, expect SQL fundamentals (e.g., primary vs. foreign keys, UNION vs. UNION ALL), OOP concepts, or light coding (e.g., palindrome in Python). A 2025 on-campus review mentioned 25–30 minutes on projects, SQL, and C++ pointers—nothing overly complex if you're prepared.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you faced a technical challenge in a project. What was the issue, how did you solve it, and what was the outcome?
My Capgemini interview process included aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. I solved programming problems, answered questions on Java, DBMS, OOPs, and networking, and discussed my projects, internships, and strengths. The interviewers were professional and friendly. The experience improved my confidence, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and technical knowledge.
