Interview
1. Aptitude test ( Quantitative, Reasoning, English )
2. Technical Round ( mine was one to one season )
3. HR Round( mine was one to one season ).
It was a university pull recruitment process where students from wbut and other univs got invitation to appear for.
The important criteria for appearing was above 60% in 10th, 12th and semester marks till date.
The process was a long term because of a lot of candidates were there to sit for.

The interviewers were professional and friendly. The questions were mostly based on my resume, project experience, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and problem-solving skills. The entire process was completed within a few weeks, and communication from the recruitment team was timely.

1st round was easy C programming and some C concepts
2nd round more about projects and some complex coding.

My Capgemini interview process included aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. I solved programming problems, answered questions on Java, DBMS, OOPs, and networking, and discussed my projects, internships, and strengths. The interviewers were professional and friendly. The experience improved my confidence, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and technical knowledge.
