Interview
basically the first things is the pre-placement talk, they tell about the company background, clients n packages(3.19 lakhs) p.a & there were 2 rounds,
1st Round is the aptitude test test with no "NEGATIVE MARKING".It consits of 3 section logic , Quants & Verbal. in verbal we have to write minimum 300 words passage on given topics within 15 minutes.
As i was not able to clear my verbal test,so i was not able to qualify for next round.
2nd Round is technical n HR interview
The interviewers were professional and friendly. The questions were mostly based on my resume, project experience, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and problem-solving skills. The entire process was completed within a few weeks, and communication from the recruitment team was timely.

1st round Virtual second manager round 3rd Hr
1st round was easy C programming and some C concepts
2nd round more about projects and some complex coding.
Tested project related knowledge more about communication protocols

My Capgemini interview process included aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. I solved programming problems, answered questions on Java, DBMS, OOPs, and networking, and discussed my projects, internships, and strengths. The interviewers were professional and friendly. The experience improved my confidence, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and technical knowledge.
