I was referred by one of the employees. The process took around 3 weeks. It was 1 telephonic round followed by discussion with HR. Telephonic Interview was not very difficult to crack. It was more of technical interview followed by a little mention of current roles and responsibilities. I couldn't negotiate on salary much with HR.

The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening followed by a technical interview. The discussion focused on my articleship experience, accounting concepts, financial reporting, reconciliation, month-end close activities, Excel skills, and behavioural questions. The interviewer was professional and the overall process was smooth.

2 interviews, 1 behavioral, which was very casual just describing yourself, and the other technical, they give you a scenario and they ask you what would you do, for example how would you come up with a solution for a keeping track of cars in a parking lot
