1 Round in Phase 3 Hinjewadi Final round in Kalyani Nagar Office <30KMs Distance>
Final round interviewer was so busy with personal CAR repairing work & was on call continuously during interviews. I have worked for 7 years in IT Recruitment with R&D as well as Services setup (Permanent employee with 2000+ employees Software Development company) & the interviewer was of the view that I have not worked in IT company. I dont know how did the person even came to this ridiculous conclusion!!
Interview level was moderate.. They basically need experienced professionals. Obviously with good communication skills. Procedure is somewhere long mainly there BGV is too long as they go deep down with every aspect. So if you have proper records to show then only go for BGV otherwise they will reject you.

Interview
I had called for interview for the post of Sourcing Specialist,I have 4 yrs of exp in same profile. I traveled around 30 kms and took half day leave from office for the same.My interview was scheduled at 11.00 and actual interview started at 01.00pm.It was for 10-15 mins and the person taking interview asked to join as Recruitment Coordinator instead of Sourcing Specialist and when I said no to her she end up with my interview and went inside and told me to wait at front office.Then after 5 mins my recruiter came and told me that interviewer has not given positive feedback for me.When I asked her about the exact job position ,recruiter told me that it depends upon interviewer for which they can select you.
This means in Capgemini you don't have choice to choose your career but interviewer will decide.This is really frustrating and waste of time.
